Genuinely one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a hair stylist. First she comes late with no apology whatsoever and that I can forgive but then i realized she doubled booked me. I sat there in her chair for 1 hour before she even began to start braiding my hair at this point it was almost 12(my appointment was at 10:30). While she’s braiding my hair she’s sitting the entire time and instead of standing up and moving to adjust my head she proceeded to start grabbing me head and pulling it extremely aggressively until i told her I just got off of a neck injury and she can’t just drag me by my hair(which even if i didn’t have a neck injury you shouldn’t be that aggressive with ANYONE). She stops doing my hair then jumps to the other lady she booked at 10:30 and leaves me in the chair for another few hours. Which the waiting wasn’t even the main issue it’s the fact that she didn’t apologize for her tardiness or double booking us. I payed almost $300 for this service and I was treated like I was begging for a favor. She didn’t end up finishing my hair until 1 in the morning. Next time I know to save my money

I want to share my terrible experience at this establishment. I went to get braids and from the first moment the service showed a noticeable lack of professionalism. The person in charge did not follow my instructions and instead of executing the requested style, she applied her own criteria, also using a hot appliance on me that caused me severe discomfort along with the pulling and pressure on the braids, which increased by the minute. The discomfort was so much that it made me cry. It is unfortunate that, when paying for a service, you expect respectful and professional treatment, and on this occasion, the experience was completely deficient. I sincerely hope that this review serves to review and improve the procedures, since the well-being of the client must be a priority. For all the above, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Yall.need to get a grip on your expectations in life! Or maybe, find a hair braiding robot!? Was.she.loud on her phone most of the time, yes! Was she late, yes! Did she eat.at.meal times,. yes! She is human! Did she do a great job, hell yes!!! Yesterday, me and my daughter had appointments to get our hair box braided with hair and that woman had us there from 11 am until after 1 am doing our hair! That's 14 hours!!!! 14 hours out of her precious life and time! At a great price!!! And she was amazing! And, LASTLY, if she was rude to you, maybe you were rude first or didn't approach her correctly! She is very professional and kind so maybe for those who wanna say she was rude, you truly need to look at yourself and evaluate that situation again! Anyways, thank you SO VERY MUCH MISS B B !

BB is not only extremely talented, she has such a big heart. She can literally look at a picture and duplicate it braid for braid. Her prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to less talented. Ive been a customer of BB's for 6 years. She is worth the wait!
