I can see why there aren’t any reviews newer than three years. It seems to be barely limping along. And their smoke detector needs new batteries so if you want to wait for one of the few “working” machines, you can listen to it chirp nonstop. On the plus side, it seems clean.

2nd time using their washing and drying facility.The attendant was so friendly, Frances. She was so helpful and nice. She offered my thirsty dog some water ? .Thank you for being there!!! Xoxo

I've used this facility at least once a week for the last month, all visits have been good up til now. We were charged a higher price than usual, and were given the wrong bag of clothes. We didn't notice this until we got home. We then turned around and went back to Aloha, and the gentlemen was rude about his mistake, told us the price we paid won't be changed even though our laundry bag was half the size of the one we just paid for, and when I said this was an inconvenience, his remark was "then don't come back". Very unprofessional guy that work up there, but all the women that work there were professional and polite.
