Other than a few minor hiccups, all of which were quickly addressed, the whole process was smooth and relatively stress free. We were truly impressed by how easy the initial quote with John Ashkenazi was. He was no nonsense, straight to the point, and gave us the best quote out of all the companies we had previously consulted. We were also pleased with how quickly the measurements and order confirmation and fulfillment went. Haysel, the HOA coordinator specialist, was also so quick to get our HOA approval and always responsive even when it didn't involve issues pertaining to the HOA.
