Despite our family's indecisiveness, she was always patient and helpful, providing all the information we needed to make a difficult decision. While we ultimately went with another company, the bid from Spears Flooring was extremely competitive, which we know was a direct result of Josephine's hard work. If you are looking for the A1 flooring installation contractor here in South Florida, you need look no further than Spears. From the first initial contact with Josephine, through the final walkthrough, no details were overlooked. The crew was on time, efficient and extremely friendly. They cleaned up the entire job-site before leaving and polished up the stair treads. I purchased all of the materials for my client and Josephine made a thorough list of additional construction items required for a seamless installation. Highly recommend Spears flooring!! My husband and I hired Spears to install vinyl plank flooring in a new home we were in the process of purchasing. We originally planned on only installing about 1400sf of flooring, but after closing on the home ended up finding damage that required us to add over 1300sf to the original plans—Josephine was SO accommodating and awesome to work with! Even with nearly doubling the project, her crew promptly arrived on the planned install date, and installed 2700~ sqft of LVP and all new baseboards throughout the home in 4 days!
