I had the pleasure of working with Alba and Vanessa and they’re just wonderful humans. They helped me coordinate everything so fast and we’re so empathetic to my issue…. They were able to find workers to come basically the next day with the part that I needed and it was amazing and I’m just so grateful that people like this exist in the world. Dimario saved the day! They replaced my blower motor after it broke in July. They made it a priority and got my house back up and running. Karen was also very kind and helpful on saturday trying to source the part for us. thanks SMC air. And thanks Ricardo .

A few years back I requested repair estimates from 3 different air-condition companies one of them being SMC. Not only were they affordable, but their technician at that time did not try to sell me a new AC but rather recommended to just repair my old unit. This is the main reason why I stay with SMC. They are very customer friendly, reliable, honest, affordable and don't try to sell me something that I don't need.
