Next plumbing is next level. I had a job that due to a plumbing issue we were risking a 5 week delay. I was helped by Barr and thankfully I was. He was able to resolve the issue for me within a few hours and get me the part I needed thanks to his diligence and follow through. I am so happy with the assitance, price and service.

I’ve worked with Next Plumbing in the past throughout a few projects and I never really had any issues. I most recently called the store to begin the sales process for 6 Toto toilets- gave all the references to someone on the phone and sadly never heard back. Everyone is always very kind on the phone and I know things get busy- but for the sake of a great company like NPS, I had to make this known. Best wishes to the team.

Yesterday I visited Next Plumbing and met with Stacey. I explained that I needed an insert for the bottom of my kitchen sink. I brought home the wrong one and she was very kind to take it back. She looked in the catalogue and showed me the correct insert. Although they did not have it in the Davie location she was arranging for the part to be brought to that location within the next two days. Very efficient, professional and good customer service.
