Loved my massage!! Not only was Brianna at the front desk very polite and informative, but she was very understanding when I was late for my appointment. Ricardo was my masseuse, he did an amazing job! I had a knot behind my shoulder blade that has been killing me for months, and Ricardo massaged it out for me in no time. I will definitely be coming back again!
Alan massage therapist is a God send. I can fairly say i have tried all but maybe 2 therapist and Alan and Kathy have been the BEST! 10/10. Alan is the type of therapist that listens to exactly what you say and actually does it. He is so intricate and will go deep into the tissue to massage any knots away. I highly recommend him, I also wish he would teach the others working there how to fully and properly give someone a massage as the others lack the basics. Massage envy give Alan a raise and promote him, he is the BEST and the only reason I would continue going there! I rarely can say a massage therapist puts me to sleep and he does!! He is CONSISTENTLY AMAZING!!!
Huge shoutout to Dahlilah! She is hands-down the BEST at customer service. Every time I check in, she’s friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate her so much - Massage Envy is lucky to have her!
