Here's my experience: easy online appointment, easy check-in. I was called in exactly on time. The phlebotomist was cheerful, efficient and very capable. I did not feel the needle insertion. All proceeded smoothly. It was almost a relaxing experience. I never felt rushed but despite my long list of labs, with urinalysis. Nevertheless everything was completed in 12 minutes, I left with a lot of time to enjoy the morning, and a great example of how to treat others from the phlebotomist.
