I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vindra and Ritha during my recent visit to LabCorp, and the experience was truly exceptional. Vindra was the one who took my blood sample, and she was amazing — not only incredibly skilled and gentle, but also warm, kind, and in a great mood early in the morning. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process.

Here's my experience: easy online appointment, easy check-in. I was called in exactly on time. The phlebotomist was cheerful, efficient and very capable. I did not feel the needle insertion. All proceeded smoothly. It was almost a relaxing experience. I never felt rushed but despite my long list of labs, with urinalysis. Nevertheless everything was completed in 12 minutes, I left with a lot of time to enjoy the morning, and a great example of how to treat others from the phlebotomist.
