Absolutely love everything about this clinic! Each and every person there truly cares about the well being of our pets. Recently we adopted a 12 year old pom who had a rough life. Dr. V recommended a shot for her arthritis. She’s been more playful and is a thousand times happier - she’s like a different dog! Forever grateful for all the love and care from Dr. V., Tiffany and the whole crew.
Ive been to a lot of vets over the 12 years I’ve had my 2 dogs but none compare to this one with how outstanding they’ve treated us and how knowledgeable Dr.Claudia is. She definitely is the best doctor I’ve been to by far. As far as for the crew , Tiffany is always extremely helpful , patient and works around my crazy schedule. Claudia the tech is always extremely empathetic, and always makes sure I’m comfortable in the hard times and explains things to a level you can understand. Unfortunately I don’t know the other 2 techs I’ve seen a few times but they as well have always been extremely nice n caring. Amazing vet and amazing crew all around.
I recently brought my cat in after she swallowed a piece of string, and in such a stressful situation the entire team here was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so sweet, gentle, and caring with both my cat and me. The vet was knowledgeable, calm, and clearly experienced. She explained everything, went over the X-rays with us, and never tried to push unnecessary tests or charges. It honestly felt like they cared more about my cat’s well-being than anything else.
I’m so grateful for how they handled everything. What could have been a terrifying experience turned into one where I felt supported and reassured. Highly recommend this...read full review
