“It is very hard to find a truly skilled curl specialist. No joke. My curly /textured- haired daughters have schooled me on the techniques and products required. It's not cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. That said, you get more than you pay for at Maggie Rose. My son booked a Master first time curl shape session at their Davie location to revive his fried fro. The master stylist Josephine did a fabulous job. Plus, he was seen on time and in and out in 2 hours- which is really impressive. Expect to pay a deposit to reserve your spot and read the very detailed but clear booking instructions on their website. This is a no frills but clean and comfortable salon - in a strip mall- easy to get to off of University. No-frills perhaps, but excellent, pro service and you will be thrilled with the results! Book ahead as they appear to have only 2 main stylist at least at this location. Josephine was amazing.“

I always do a builder gel mani and it’s always perfection. The salon is very clean and well kept. The owner is also sweet and accommodating. She is always offering snacks, water, coffee, etc. creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for top-quality services.“

Walked into Ulta “just to grab shampoo.” You know, innocent… harmless… a quick in-and-out. Thirty-five minutes later, I’m holding three lip glosses, a $40 face mask, and a highlighter that could guide ships to shore ??

The place smells like heaven’s personal spa — a blend of expensive perfume, coconut, and “someone’s about to overspend” ??. Every aisle whispered, “Come here… you NEED this glitter eyeliner,” and I believed them.

Staff? Absolute angels in black aprons ??. One helped me pick a foundation shade that didn’t make me look like I’d just survived a vampire attack. Another handed me a basket when my arms started cramping from all the “just one more thing” purchases.

Checkout was smooth — even the receipt was so long it could double as a scarf ??

Walked out feeling cute, broke, and slightly dangerous… like I could take on the world or star in my own shampoo commercial ?

“I have been looking for a natural hairstylist for mnths and has not been successful. The day I found this salon, I called 5 different salons and just the telephone interaction turned me off. I finally got in contact w/ Natalie and immediately she was so sweet and her personality was comforting, I scheduled my appt (same day by the way) and she was so professional and amazing. Her salon was organized and clean, very simple and comfortable. She works fast and efficient. Love my hair.
