I have used Dry Concepts for 10+ years for a variety of things. I needed my dining room chairs cleaned and they sent out a tech to my home that did an excellent job. Most recently my roof leaked and while my Association covers the roof and drywall repairs they do not cover any dry out or mold remediation. My first call was to Dry Concepts! Mike and his team are prompt, professional, courteous, and caring. My house is a mess because of the leak but they put me at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Dry Concepts!

I have used other companies to clean my rugs, but they have not delivered the results I got with Dry-Concepts. My silk rug looks amazing! I am very pleased with the work they did.
