I went there to have a dress and pants dry cleaned. When I went to pick up my clothes every single stain that I sent my clothes there with was still on the clothes. The clothes still smelled the same they were just pressed. When I came back to show them my clothes and request my $38 refund. I was told that before I could get a refund I would have to have manger see the clothes and I would have to give them another opportunity to clean it… like hell I would ever give them another opportunity to clean my clothes. I go into this spot once a week or so and both women ( I don’t know one of the ladies- but the other is Sheneka) are soooooo nice and super helpful! 5 stars + for service and cleaning!

Very irresponsible place. It has been two months since I have been trying to get a couple of pieces done. I brought two items: a dress and a pair of pants to their seamstress. I was told by her to buy some fabric to add to the dress which I did. 10 days later, I came to see if the pants were ready, and I was told that the seamstress wasn’t there that day.I came another day and I was told that the seamstress wasn’t coming back and that they had sent the items to another person to do the job without notifying me.
