The new dentist was very gentle. I liked that. I also didn't feel the sense of being sold on getting work done that wasn't necessary. My only suggestion is to change gloves or put on gloves and clean all equipment in front of the patient so they know that you are exercising caution in handling from one patient to another. At the very least, let them know that you have or did to include the wiping down of equipment and even the mouse the Hygienist is handling to reassure us,,, especially during the #TrumpVirusUSA. I've been with Davie for several years now and NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER! :)
Trying to be fair and real I try to communicate with my utmost sincerity something real for those who want to find out the quality of service and professionalism of a company. This is the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. And by the way, I am not a young adult, but an advanced adult :) In this place I have seen reflected the passion of the Abbo doctors, father and son, as well as their professionalism. And the good work of the doctor’s assistant Lolly also contributed to making me feel that I am being well taken care of. The rest of the staff that work there are totally effective, they know what customer service means. Thanks Michelle.
