While visiting landscape nurseries on Flamingo Road in Davie, we stopped at Broward Palms to take a look at the plants. While walking around we noticed they were selling coconuts. So I purchased one for $3 and he chopped the top off with a machete and put a straw in it. I love fresh coconut water. It was a treat. Afterwards he chopped the coconut in half to bring home to remove the inside part. They also sell a dozen free range eggs for $10. At the entrance is Rosso Coffee, an outdoor food truck coffee shop. They have a large selection of palm trees.

I ended up at Broward Palms because I stopped in at Rosso Coffee Club which is located on the premises. This is one of a number of plant nurseries with coffee and food trucks on this stretch of Flamingo Road.
After my refreshment I walked around and was impressed with Broward Palms selection of palm trees. They have over 25 acres of discounted trees from $10.00 while a 20 foot palm tree is $100. Palm varieties include robellini also known as pygmy date palm, foxtails, double and triple palm trees, royal, Christmas, Alexander, Montgomery, vietchia, and more. They grow their own inventory in the nursery.
