Kelly is an example of what customer service is about. I never have to wait, she knows my name and is very accommodating to the customer. She is very professional and always has a smile on her face. Kelly os exemplary in customer care. That is very much appreciated these days with the poor attitudes of most young people in a customer service industry. Go job B Tan.

I haven't been to B Tan in years and came back a few months ago. The first person I met was Harley who was one of the friendliest most helpful people I've encountered in any business in a long time. The whole staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about all of the products. Each time I've been there, they know my name and have recommendations if I ask. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend both for the product and the great culture of the staff.

Have been here twice now and the staff is very friendly and helpful when you walk in. My first visit was wonderful so I was very excited to go back today - I purchased a one time use in the Diamond bed and none of the buttons in the bed were responding. I couldn’t adjust the fan or intensity of the face bulbs or turn on the mist, and as a result was so hot that I couldn’t finish the session. I didn’t expect anything special or a refund, but it would have been great to have been offered to finish out my time in a fully-functioning bed vs the shrug and have a nice day that I got from the front desk.
