I recommend this company without thinking twice, two years ago a friend recommended them to me, and the first moment they answered my messages almost immediately gave me a lot of confidence and I was not wrong.Responsible and professional 100% and 100% recommended.
I contacted Arctic Air because my air conditioner was not cooling properly, and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Luis Bueso arrived promptly as promised and was extremely friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions and then proceeded to diagnose my system. Mr. Bueso informed me that my system was completely out of refrigerant (freon) and provided me with the cost of the replacement, which I agreed to. He promptly replaced the refrigerant.Mr. Bueso was honest and transparent throughout the process. He even showed me the gauges, indicating that the system was fully charged.
