The technicians were good, they worked a long day! Placed a non- working thermostat that had to be replaced however, be-careful who your salesman is! They said financing, well that man promised a package deal if I went with them immediately and he double talked so that we ended paying in full, which clashed with our finances. Went the whole night without airconditiong because of the Thermostat

We had a power outage August 20, 2024 and when the power came back on, we had No Air. We called AirPro to come look at it on the 21st and they went Miles as the initial tech who came out to look at our OXBOX by Trane...He diagnosed that thet switch had blown and when he checked the compressor found that it had blown out and damaged the coils...being that it was a lower level trane...they would have to order parts...which was anywhere from 3-4 week wait...and approximately $7000.00 to repair...So, we opted to replace the unit...They came out replaced it on the 22nd. As a result of his knowlege base, his presentation & his representation of the Company's ,ability to provide service as agreed to two Mini Splits was purchased by me.
