The technicians were hardworking, but a customer had issues with the salesman's communication about financing. Another customer had a power outage and their HVAC unit needed to be replaced, which Air Pros did promptly and professionally. A third customer was satisfied with the technician's knowledge, professionalism, and the company's service.
