Owner came exactly on time and not only fixed my mini-split air unit, he explained why we should just add refrigerant and not empty and recharge the whole system. He saved me at least $500 on this visit. He also TAUGHT me about my unit and how to deal with it.

Dan came early which I appreciated and worked on cleaning and maintaining the boiler which I had never had before. He made certain all the radiators were working in every room and cleaned the system which hadn't been touched for a long time. Very professional and conscientious. He even showed me what to look for should the system have issues and he would be out to fix it. Very good experience
