Nya was incredibly sweet and helpful! I was stressed out because I was in a rush and needed to grab a few things. She got me absolutely everything I needed and was so fast! Thank you Nya for a great experience!

We entered the shop to a very warm greeting and immediately handed a colorful cloth basket. The intended purchase of a few fenty lipsticks were no longer carried. Apparently, since the original purchase was done online; I was not aware that those lines were discontinued. The Clerk/CSR who assisted was very patient and helpful (although the store was not busy at the time). She not only recommended an alternate brand; but assisted with the testing of the colors on my skin. I ended up buying one of the lipstick and the person shopping with me bought a detangler. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly wish departing good wishes.

Amazing store great customer service, 👏 specially Reika she is the sweetest and most kind person ive dealt with,she is kind and really want to help you find whatever you need that they carry,she goes above and beyond to Make it happen,is staff like Reika that makes Ulta shine brighter,god bless you miss Reika and thank you ulta for having such amazing staff,well done and im reccomending my family and friends 🧡
