Today was my first visit to Jana's Envy . It was the best first experience i could have ever asked for. From the initial call to set up an appointment to walking in the front door the friendliness was evident.

Another terrible hair cut that I have to deal with. I wanted to keep my length as much as possible, but Sara cut so much I dont even want to leave my room. I can't even express how horrible I feel...
Absolutely the worst hair cut I've ever had in my life. So disappointing that Sandy was able to lie to my face about being able to cut curly hair while it's dry. I definitely did not get what I asked for. All I got was 2/3 of my hair chopped off and days of emotional pain since then. In return, I've gotten absolutely no help in talking to someone with authority. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR, THEY WILL RUIN IT!!!
