I questioned the guys washing the house about the very strong smell of bleach and whether it would damage my plants. They assured me it would not. Half of the plants around my house were destroyed or seriously damaged. They also sprayed water directly into my outdoor lights, tripping the circuit. The circuit was not operable for over 8 hours, until it dried out, rendering much of my downstairs without power. Repeated calls and texts, as well as pictures of the damage to my garden have gone unanswered. I will never use this company again.

Superior washed my house and retaining wall yesterday. I scheduled them last minute because I had guys coming the next day to fix some windows so I wanted to clean the place of spiderwebs, and dirt. This is at least the 3rd time I've used them. It was probably their last job for the day and they came over an hour late but since it was close to 100 degrees, can hardly blame them. They did as good of job as usual. They use stabilizers on their ladders so the ladders lean on your roof and not your gutters. They were slightly cheaper than last year. I recommend them.

They did a great job- but- their customer service could use an improvement! Natalie contacted me because I did not pay them, and asked me to mail them a check. I had already paid them in the manner they asked me to, and the check was cashed. When i let Natalie know, she asked me to screenshot her an image of the cashed check. Firstly, I was concerned about internal fraud from Superior because she also had the incorrect date of my power washing and secondly- i needed to know whether or not to cancel the check. She was incredibly rude on the phone, did not apologize and hung up.
