Visiting from Tennessee and staying at the KOA in Davenport Fl. Winston and Walter got terrible sick with diarrhea(bad-worst ever). I can’t say enough about St.Charles staff, I called at 3:45a.m. 2/13/24 and was helped with great support and went on in to get both boys examined and treated.Went back 2 days later and the staff was so so welcoming and gave me so much peace and help for my guys. We came across St Charles in 2021 when our then 4 year old rescue pup suddenly developed some scary symptoms and needed emergency care. Within just a few hours she was diagnosed with Addison’s disease in an acute crisis. They saved her life and helped us titer down her expensive monthly injectable to a substantially lower dose that was still effective for her.This last week our nearly 13 year old man started showing some scary symptoms and warranted another trip to the emergency clinic. On 1/1/24 my family had to put our loving Husky dog ZEUS down. It was a very sad day and a moment that we didn’t want to experience. I have to say that my experience in this clinic has been outstanding and surpassed my expectations; it’s the third time that I run to this clinic hopelessly and this group of ladies made us feel like we were family and treated us and our dog with love and showed empathy at all times. We felt the professionalism and saw the sense of urgency in all their faces.
