A+ Star Treatment at Joys of Grooming. It was Ozzy and my first time coming to Joy today and we are blown away. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a smile and Joy already knew who was coming in! She said this must be mister Ozzy! I had a bit of a panic attack as it was loud from another pup barking & a smaller entryway. I thought to myself, everything will be okay! I was a little shaken up when they did bring him back and put him in a cage- but that’s what most groomers do. Joy was amazing to work with for my cat Nigel! I've been looking for a groomer but many places don't take cats. Booking was very easy and the text reminders were helpful. Upon arriving Joy asked what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. It's been a couple days and he still smells great. He was so happy that he even fell asleep there. We will definitely be returning :)

I love bringing my dog Ace to her. She treats my dog like he is her own. He loves to go as well to be pampered. She always makes my little guy look amazing and would 1000% percent recommend!!
