Most unprofessional staff on the market today they pick and choose what insurance company they want to deal with every month. Staff is not knowledgeable I would really suggest finding a real doctor that cares about their patients.but If you’re looking for a butcher shop, you found it.

After making a appointment it was cancelled due to the switch of a doctor. That’s fine but being a new patient you would think they’d try and get you in and introduced to the doctor. They way they treat new patients like a waiting list or maybe tell insurance companies you’re not accepting new patients and handle your workload better. Then having a medical company can’t get your medicine is frustrating. I guess I’ll wait and flare due to this medical group and attitude of people on the phones.

I have a real problem with the male doctor there. My dad was a bit on the heavier side but didn't have any heart issues or anything. Got a sudden onset of diabetes. Instead of looking into it further the doctor pushed it aside and said oh it's your weight that's causing it. That was over a year ago. Fast forward to March of this year. My dad goes to doctor with back pain and doctor says oh maybe if you lost your gut you're back wouldn't hurt. They finally decide to send him in for a ct scan. Ct scan comes back. The same male doctor very cold heartedly says oh you've got stage 4 pancreatic cancer. You have up to a year to live. Then leaves the room. Doesn't answer questions....read full review
