Writing this on behalf of my elderly mother: I have been going since 2021 for all my tests and I have never had an issue. All the people that work there, Nayeli, Arlene, Suhelen, Marshallet, are super nice, very understanding and kind with the patients. Now, my complaint is not for the people in Davenport or the place. My complaint is for the department who handles the PCP requests and the insurance approvals. They need to either add more people to the department or check on them to see what they are doing. Ms Marshallet went above and beyond for me today. She did in 1 hour what I waited a month for initially when I sent for in a request over 3 weeks Ago to someone named creg.. She showed care patience and Excellent Customer Service.

Customer service it’s really bad the lady on front desk has an attitude since the moment you walk in this place it’s getting really bad has come here since 2020 and it’s just getting worse and am worse. AT radiology should provide classes of customer service
