Customer service it’s really bad the lady on front desk has an attitude since the moment you walk in this place it’s getting really bad has come here since 2020 and it’s just getting worse and am worse. AT radiology should provide classes of customer service

I want to let everyone know what a great experience I had at A T radiology In Lake Wales. The women, Maria, Nohelani, And Jazmarie were absolutely awesome . What great service they gave me water, they gave me a doughnut and made me feel like I was part of a family. The customer service was an A+.

Today August 18, 2025 I had an appointment at AT Radiology (Open MRI) at 12:30pm Ladies up front very nice. BUT the ultrasound tech?? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, very rude doesn’t even make you feel comfortable during the ultrasound. I got done a neck ultrasound and she placed a cloth around my neck for the gel but when she was done she grabbed the same cloth she placed around my shirt and basically threw it in my face and told me to whip myself with it. SO DISRESPECTFUL ???. DO BETTER!!!!
