Extremely disappointed in the person handling authorizations. Provider states authorization has been sent via emailed since 11/21/22 and sitting in TLC Portal. Each time I called TLC the person answering the phone, states they have not received the authorization email. Today is 12/21/22 and provider and myself have been trying to get through to TLC to no avail. Provider states, that TLC need to open their portal to retrieve Authorization just as they did to fufill my filling. This is a sad situation! Dr. Borie, who did my filling, did an exceptional job.
Great service! Very attentive and addressed all of my concerns. The front desk staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The dentist was knowledgeable. The office is immaculate. I would highly recommend.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would indeed recommend any and everyone to give them a try and I guarantee that you won’t go to any other dentist. By the way, their prices are reasonable as well.
