My cat has an infection on his cheek and I walked in randomly without an appointment. Apparently I was super lucky because dr bob was present and the 9:30am appointment didn’t show. For reference you should make an appointment, but for me luckily they serviced me and my cat . They cleaned his wound, checked him, and gave us meds, all for a total of only $106! They gave me a small discount, but even without it I bet it would still be VERY cheap. Very glad I listened to my gut and went here. Felt comfortable with the vet and my wallet is very happy. Will return definitely!

The older nurse was very rude and did not care for my pet properly. She made me feel uncomfortable with her inappropriate jokes, and I’ve noticed other reviews mentioning similar issues with her behavior. I’m honestly surprised that management hasn’t addressed this or considered hiring someone more professional to replace her. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning here.

The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars is due to the pricing. They have gotten so ridiculously high and honestly not affordable. The staff are all wonderful and so are the vets. They do give great care to your pets. Unfortunately, the pricing is why I will not be going back.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Each time I swear I'm never coming back. I have returned today only out of convenience but I will never ever make this mistake again. Their costs are also way out of line compared to 5* rated vets

This clinic is an absolute disgrace. The staff were completely incompetent, acting as if they were either drunk or hungover, unable to provide even the most basic service. They issued incorrect documents, overcharged me by $100, and when I asked for an explanation, the doctor arrogantly claimed it was because “your dog is very fat.” Instead of giving the correct dosage, they charged me double, blaming it on not having the proper medicine in stock. The attitude was rude, unprofessional, and downright insulting. To this day, they have not refunded the money they stole. Management has clearly changed for the worse, and the whole place is falling apart. Avoid this clinic at all costs — it’s disgusting, dishonest, and dangerous for your pets.

Yesterday, I went with my chihuahua because she had been vomiting and had diarrhea. She had not eaten in 3 days. I have always seen Dr. Bob Raymond, who is the kindness, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. Well, yesterday Dr. Bob was not there but I felt that Luna was so sick that I couldn't wait until thrusday which was the only day Dr. Bob was there This young doctor saw her examined her and showed me a bill for $300 which would had been ok with me if I had the money . I ask the office manager and assistant that I didn't have the money at the time, but that I was getting my SS check the next day (today) and if they could take care of my dog and to let me pay today. My dog is fifteen years old, I rescued her from a bad environment and has been mine for 12years. This young Dr came out and told me that what I beg then to do for my dog, was not possible because I couldn't pay tight at that time. I have been a patient of that office about 10years, the fact that they denied to treat my dog because of ONE day credit, embarrassed me. I wasn't asking for charity all I wanted was ONE day to pay Very upset and depressed for the way they treated me, they told me that I had to pay for the office visit. It was $85 and I had $37 in cash and charged the rest. I know that if Dr Bob had been there he would had taken care of my dog, and allowed my to pay the next day Yesterday was one of the hardest day in my life. Ahhhh wait a moment. This young Dr told me that as a favor, he was going to give her fluids (FREE) and to come tomorrow (went i had the money to pay for the treatment. He will never be a GOOD vet if he lacks compassion , and think that money Is more important than the welfare of a patient Again. Im sure that Dr Bob would had treated her had he been there. Now you know story and why I rated the clinic so poorly.

Rare to find a sweet and genuine doctor like Dr. bob. I feel like I can trust him. Went to him for the first time today and the reviews definitely are accurate.
