These are great products. When I’ve had issues the Mabru team has been a good resource to track down issues. Nothing on a boat is without issue but nice to have the Mabru team to help!

I was in the West Coast and my AC gave me some error codes and stopped cooling. I called Tech Ops at Mabru and Jim answered the phone, no voicemail, no delay. He asked me to take the cover off and call him back so we could troubleshoot the issue. Called back and within a few minutes the issue was resolved. The 12V screw was not tight enough for the current to pass as it should. ROCKSTAR JIM!
I had issues with other manufacturers and getting them on the phone was impossible. It's refreshing that the marine industry is more responsive than the experience found in the RV industry. Kudos to Mabru for having Jim available for customers via phone without the runaround.

As a new owner of a used boat, I had a problem with my AC. I call Mabru and an experienced technician answered the phone (no operator, no waiting on hold). I described my problem and he was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I ordered the necessary part which I easily installed and my AC is running perfectly. Really impressed with these guys! Great service!
