I was a walk-in this morning and they got me right in and the shampoo and head massage was lovely. My stylist cut my long hair into the cutest bouncy bob. She also fixed my try at hand-cutting my cowlic-curling bangs to be very stylish and showed my how to blow dry them straight down. I loved the haircut, the service and the staff. See you next year. Sad day when no available barber has interest in cutting some hair. The receptionist literally with back to me trying to get any of 3 available barbers to want to work. One suddenly busy cleaning station, next just staring into space like having a stroke and the third sweating profusely trying to set up station. After this goes on for several minutes I just walked out NEVER to be seen again. Terrible customer service.

Walked in after work tonight and Robert couldn’t have been more than accommodating. He gave me the best scalp massage I’ve ever gotten and a really nice haircut. Can’t beat the price! I’ll be back:)

I walked in with my daughter. They allowed a non leashed dog (not service dog) to run around in the shop. It came up to my daughter and caused her distress. When I asked them to call the dog off, they all laughed.Then, the hair cutter was rude as hell. I wanted to check the hair cut. She responded, I am busy"to my inquiries about the style.The women stylist was cold, unhappy and did not care. This place is not friendly or service oriented.
