I am so pleased with my kitchen renovation. I had already obtained other quotes for my project. When Ana (Designer/Project Manager) came from Factory Direct, she brought samples of granite and cabinets. She made great suggestions for my kitchen. She coordinated everything and kept me posted. The granite countertop was delivered first and the plumber came the very next day to connect everything. The refacing of the cabinets and the new doors and drawers. All the workers were great (countertop, plumbers, and carpenters). They were professional and cleaned up every day. Ana did such a good job making everything run smoothly. I am very happy with the end result.
Began a relatively simple renovation of our kitchen in August. It is now December and while most work is done, we are still waiting for completion.Prices are high.
