This company was wonderful! I called 2 companies that were closer to my home before then and neither bothered to answer the phones. Superior answered on the 2nd ring and the woman in the office was so nice and helpful. They came to the house within an hour of me calling and quickly found the lid upon arrival (we had no idea where it was).
