My husband and I have had our dry cleaning and alterations done at iron Mike’s for over 20 years. The staff there are always friendly. I have never had a problem with any of my dry cleaning or alterations that I’ve had done. I recently brought four pair of shorts to their establishment to have them shortened and one pair of shorts needed a zipper. I cannot say enough about how professional their alterations are. You would never be able to tell that they had been altered. I am so pleased with their service with their professionalism and the staff always making me feel welcome. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will not regret trusting them with your clothing and other items.

Dropped off my comforter to be cleaned, they called me when it was done and said it was ripped when they got it but that it was clean and ready for pickup. Red flag right there, first of all they should’ve called before cleaning if it was, and second I make my bed every single day I would’ve noticed a rip! Whatever, then I get there they won’t do anything for me, didn’t even give me a discount aside from 1$ off. Upon taking it home there was not just one huge rip but 2!!! Very upset will never return here. ATLEAST be honest I understand mistakes happen but account for them and fix them.
