The locations feature ATMs and friendly staff. Customers have found the areas thoroughly clean and neat, with super large machines capable of handling many items, leaving everything sparkling clean. The equipment and facility cleanliness are highly satisfying. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the machines generally work well, with any out-of-order machines clearly labeled and fixed soon. The card system for paying works well and special deals are often available.
This little gem. I have lived in Perrine/Culter Bay area for over 20 years and never saw this place until my new route to work had me go straight thru it. So when my washer broke at home I decided to give them a try. The place super clean. The lady working there super friendly. Help me get my card and off a went to clean my and my dogs clothing. They have a lot of washers, different sizeand wall to wall dryers. Plenty of public parking. Their sign says 24 hours however I was informed since covid their last wash is at 11 pm which is still great. They are located behind a strip mall right on 184th street and U S.1. 🙏🏽❤️😁The areas through and through were thoroughly clean and neat! Felt as if I was at my own home! I usually wash my large Comforters, but I noticed that the Machines are Super Large and so I have been adding more items. Every item comes out SPARKLING CLEAN. Thank you and your Company! 👏🏽
So far highly satisfied with equipment and facility cleanliness. Would have received 5 stars if not for some vulgar patrons exposed to while waiting (it's unfortunately not facility's fault, but it's lessens the experience).
