DO NOT COME HERE. This establishment merits 0 stars.They ruined 6 items of my clothing, over $1200, and have no sense of accountability. Have refused to assist or reimburse me in any way.After speaking to the manager, he advised that I should call the manufacturer of my clothing to see why it was ruined after being dry cleaned, when the reason it was ruined was because it was bathed in some kind of oil. My clothes were DRENCHED in oil when I picked it up. Clearly mishandled in their process.In addition, he told the attendant at the loop store that she failed to show me the small print on the receipt. They DO NOT inform you of prices UNLESS you ask. A lady also charged me 6 pieces when I had only dropped of 5. Sadly I noticed this after I got home and checked the invoice and counted the amount of clothing articles it came with and could not ask for my money back. (This happened merely a few weeks ago). Sometimes the clerks didnt even speak english and wouldn't understand what you ask or tell them how you wanted the cloth treated. Overall BAD SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. YOUR MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE.

DO NOT use this dry cleaners. I repeat, do not use them. They completely ruined a shirt with too much starch. The young lady working there is extremely rude and would not give me the owner’s name so I could file a complaint. It’s a shame one person can make such a difference in a business. When I dropped off my cleaning she was yelling at another customer. I have been going here for over 15+ years and have never been treated in this matter. Absolutely awful customer service.
