We have been using Kilby's for a couple of years for our multiplex. We have had no problems with this company. We call and Barbara sets up an appointment for as soon as possible. The electrician arrives to the tenant's unit, does the job correctly and everyone is satisfied.

Quality work!Reasonable prices!Quick response!Friendly and professional!There are some home projects that you absolutely must leave to the experts. Most electrical jobs fit this criteria, but especially one that involves water.Our pool pump electricity was so old and out of date. Probably the same wiring from when they built the house in 1965! After being electrocuted several times by turning on or off the switch, I knew we had to update it ASAP!Kilby was very fast to respond and come out and do a difficult job in just a couple of hours. I’m so happy we used them and I have several future jobs in mind for them.

Just needed to change out a couple of ceiling fans to match the new décor in my home. This company was recommended on a neighborhood app, so I decided to give them a call. The woman who answered was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and had a delightful personality. She scheduled me for service today. The gentleman who arrived on time was also very professional and had a really great attitude! I knew immediately that this was going to be a great call! Sure enough, the job was not only done in record time, but it was done correctly, the price was very reasonable annnnnnnd there was absolutely no mess left behind! Kilby Electric Company will now be my "go to" every time I need an electrician! Happy! Happy!

I called Kilby Electric to come out to give a quote to run electric for a heat pump I was having installed for my pool. The office admin said I'd get a call back in a day by the estimator to schedule a time to come by. I called back after a week after not hearing back. I was told again I should get a call in a day or so. Another week goes by and call again.....I think you get the point. I ended up using another company that did a great job. I've used Kilby prior to this for a small repair and they came out when they said, so not sure what the issue was this time.
