It is an excellent dry cleaner, Grace and her husband are always very attentive and professional, the quality of the clothes is excellent and the prices are unbeatable, I recommend them 100%. I have been their client for many years and I have never had a problem with them or their work.

Take videos and pictures of your items as you are dropping them off. My light colored shoes came back with a dark mark, about 1” long and ¼" thick. I made a remark, "What's this?" The clerk claimed it wasn't the shop and didn't even try to clean it off.
I took it home and took most of it off, but it's still there.
Poor, poor, poor customer service. At least pretend to be concerned for your mistake!
I'll continue going because it's close by, and they open early. Albeit, all my things will be documented.
