Have been a customer of Senica Air Conditioning for several years. The company is very responsive and reliable and can be depended upon. Service Technician Jerry is very knowledgable, personalable and professional every time he has been on the job at our house. Jerry cares about his job, the company he works for and most of all about us his customer. He always takes time to explain problems and fixes so that we better understand our system. I highly recommend Senica and Jerry. He is a great company representative.
My A/C unit went out on Sunday afternoon (of course ) , I contacted my old provider Revolution but they could not service me until Wednesday with the temps(unacceptable) and also called Bayonet that advertises same day service for emergencies but also did not come thru(false advertisement ) . I decided to call Senica and they came thru for me in a matter of hours . I appreciate your prompt response. I recommend them 100 percent . New loyal customer. Thank you .

For your prompt service and thank you so much for the technician James that you sent out very professional cleaned up after himself told me everything that he was doing and I truly appreciate it being a woman sometimes it's hard when a man comes out and I've learned from other companies that I've tried calling today that you can truly get the runaround but Seneca heating and air came through with exactly what they said I didn't have to wait 2 to 5 hours for him to show up he was here within 30 minutes very professional again thanks to Seneca Heating and Air and a special shout out to their technician James... read full review
