Mr. Rooter was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Jon and his helper Corey worked diligently to solve several issues. After several failed attempts to fix my problems with other companies, Jon got to the "root" of the problem. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Honest, hard-working, professional, and reasonable pricing.

Mr. Rooter is very responsive to service requests and scheduled a review very quick, provided clear unit pricing and performed the work in short order. Caleb the technician was very professional, personable and explained every detail for the repair. I will consider using Mr. Rooter again for any future plumbing needs.

Caleb showed up right on time. gave me an estimate of costs and explained exactly what had to be done. Replaced four outside faucets with new ball valves. Excellent job, very professional and neat. Would highly recommend this company and Caleb for any future plumbing needs.
