We will not go to any other place but Meeks Water Treatment! Shawn knew exactly what our problem was and explained it well. Shawn is very knowledgeable and honest. We had an issue at about 9pm one evening I texted Shawn, and he immediately responded, walking me through a process that fixed our problem.
Update to my original review. Problem fixed and warranty issue taken care of immediately. The product itself works great and I am please with that. The faucet is fixed now and appreciate them fitting me in today.
Thanks Jacob and Shane!! You took an icky old system that was here when we bought the house and gave us a nice new, easy to access, water softener. And you were even kind enough to reroute the raw water to a much accessable location on the far side of the system. The real cherry on to was the speed in which we went from quote to install. Phenomenal!! You really have made us feel valued. Thank you to everyone!
