Wow ..from start to finish Lorna, Amanda and Dustin were great. After cleaning, Dustin had problems on reassembly of split system head..stayed with it till perfect . Noticable improved operation of mini split. 2nd time oit..even happier than before. Nrandon,Dustin, Lorna on time and efficent. Good to part of the Cassidy family
