The dental work was good . The financial part is not. They had me prepay for a crown. When my insurance handled it I overpaid almost $200. I tried to contact their billing dept and you can only leave them a voice mail and get a promise that they will return your call. For over a month I would leave messages and nothing from them. They finally refunded half of my overpayment and I still can’t find out why they will not refund the rest. Going on two months now I have yet to speak to a real person.

Unfortunately I paid a fortune and drove back and forth for treatment for months only for their inexperienced dentist to fail at installing my two crowns. I’ll now have to go through the process and expense again elsewhere. My crowns are nowhere near my gum line. A lot of issues with their billing as well as I was constantly given different pricing and answers. Go anywhere else.

They say they are in network, but charge way more. I just got a surprise bill text message after we had already paid for my son's fillings. They quoted me 90 to fix one filling and another dentist in FWB was able to do my two fillings for $42!!! They'll claim it's your insurance, but it's them. Also they do a panoramic xray without checking if you have coverage on your plan with your insurance so that's another surprise bill I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Not only that THE MOST ANNOYING PART IS THEY TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO SEE YOU! My first appointment I waited an hour just for xrays and to see the dentist. It wasn't even a cleaning.
