Yes they are so amazing. If I had denist and staff like that growing up I would have been love going to dentist even for that cleaning. Thank all of you for you do and for making me feel comfortable.

Didn’t inform me my child couldn’t go back with me, but suggested to leave a 3 year old unattended in their waiting room. Claimed sharp objects is the reasoning, but are you prepared to take responsibility if my child were kidnapped from your waiting room? Insanity. Not to mention they don’t even allow parents back with children, that’s the creepiest thing I’ve ever heard. Leave a toddler unattended is the theme of this place with strangers. You might want to rethink your policies, because you’d be in a world of legalities if something happened to a child you pressured a parent into leaving in waiting room & staff got distracted and child disappeared/got injured somehow. Parents make the staff sign a liability document if they make you leave them in their front waiting room or better yet, RUN

It took a minute to get my 1st appointment for a cleaning/check-up, but it was SOOOO worth the wait. My cleaning was excellent and pain free (despite being overdue for a cleaning by almost 1.5 yrs). I needed a filling replacement today. Dr. Ure was very thorough and even the dreaded numbing shot was painless. He explained everything which I appreciated. The staff are also very friendly and personable. Their costs are very transparent. They told me the cost of my filling the day I scheduled my appointment, which is always helpful. If you have to wait a few months to get in to his practice...do it!

Dr. Ure and his staff are great! My hygienist, Hally, is very gentle and patient, and Dr. Ure is very kind and really takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! After my first visit, I transferred my husband and son to be under the care of Dr Ure as well. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

The hygienists and staff here are amazing & fabulous! I have high anxiety issues and I am always "listened to". I prefer having explanations before procedures and they calmly walk and talk me thru what needs to be done. The staff always has smiles on their faces as well. This is only my second time with seeing Dr Ure. He is patient and "fixed" my crown while I was there for a routine cleaning. I didn't have to make another appointment to come back. Give this office a try for ypur family! Our family loves them!

Dr. Ure was pleasant, professional and interested in my dental situation. Responsive to my questions. Hally, hygienist, was thorough and made me feel comfortable. She even asked if I was cold and provided a throw. She and Dr. Ure made me feel welcome and important.Only issue was the personnel at the front desk didn'tacknowledge me.
