Updated review: I initially only left stars in January because I was recovering from surgery and didn’t want to forget. But my experience in January was great! From check in to discharge. I had a second surgery on Friday and I must say, the experience was great again. NOMC, has given me fantastic care and treated me with such dignity and concern. Like I said before, from the registration desk to the recovery/discharge team and everyone in between. And I know it’s not because of $$$ I’m on a VA referral soooo, they’re getting pennies on the dollar for my treatment and they’re still giving me impeccable care. NOMC, small town hospital…world class healthcare!
Recently had a CT scan done. The technician was very professional and extremely courteous. She explained everything she was going to do and all steps of the procedure in a very non-medical way ensuring I understood and was comfortable. Overall the procedure went well and I would not hesitate utilizing this facility again. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, I'm bad with names, but will update when I find out. Continued: this doesn't let me separate the different clinics/places. Recently visited the surgery center for a procedure. The staff there were great. I would like to say I was treated with the upmost respect. The doctors, nurses,cna and the nurses in the test lab were very informative and great to talk too. They made my stay very comforting.
