Staff very professional and kind. Wound physician and her assistant asked many questions about my wounds and treatment. Didn't have to wait another visit to get treatment. Staff made procedure as painless as possible..Gave me a treatment plan. Gave me referrals before leaving for blood work, xrays and for other physician.
This was my first experience with NOMC and I was very pleased. Everyone from the business office to the outpatient surgery center were extremely helpful, compassionate, caring and easy to communicate with. All of my questions and concerns were answered prior to surgery and I left feeling I was well taken care of.
Best care ever. Very clean, but had one problem. DR. JOSHUA LATHAM, messed up on my prescription Dosage on my discharge paperwork.( prescription) Put down take 2 Eliquis twiced a day, was suppose to be...take 1 Eliquis twiced a day. ( i did not have a bloodclot )Big bo bo there. Dr. G. YOUSSEF. finally after 3 days off me taking double dose, got me straightened out on the dosage. Publix did not catch it either. Otherwise, Best Nurses care, took good care off all my needs. Will recommend to others!
