Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because I'm very attentive to medical uncleanliness. Dr. Trapp and his staff are friendly and professional. Had to have 2 separate procedures done. Dr. Trapp explained each step during the surgery and went over the after surgery care instructions. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Dr. Trapp.

I can't say enough amazing things about these caring professionals. My son has suffered with numerous problems for 15 years, they listened, cared and he feels better about his skin than he ever has. His comment, "I feel like I have normal hands for the first time" is because of the care he received. Thank you so much ❤️
