Jake and his team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, got the AC running perfectly, and explained everything clearly. They have quick arrival times for service and have the best prices around. Jake searched for the best price available on the parts and repaired them quickly. Few businesses would have taken the time to shop around for the needed parts and pass that savings on to the customer. They provide fast and competent repairs at a reasonable price. My a/c went out today and I reached out to Elite. I spoke to Jacob and he assured me he would have somewhere out here this afternoon. His technician arrived and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He had us up and running in no time. They were extremely professional and their pricing was exceptional. I highly recommend them to all and will personally use them for any future a/c work. We HIGHLY recommend Jake and Elite Air. He has installed our unit as well as maintained it. He came very quickly today when our AC died and had the part on his truck! We were up and running in less than 10 minutes! He is so polite and personable. We will always call Elite Heating and Cooling.
I wouldn’t go to anyone else. They’re the best in the area. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest! They’ve done it all for us from new units install to repair and maintenance at numerous properties. They’ve never tried to upsell or bs. Something rare to find nowadays.
