They don't make appointments for labs/blood work. I arrived at 9:18 am. Waited over an hour! Really??? I had been fasting, so had nothing but water for over 10 hours. That is unacceptable. A diabetic person would have been in trouble! I am now going to find a new physician and a new lab to use.

Dr Lopez is a great doctor, but the referral department sucks. I have been asking to get a referral to get a mammogram done for the last 3 years, I’ve had a lump there this whole time. What is it going to take to be seen. I might have to change to a different facility . My rheumatologist just dropped me because she didn’t get a referral from them. I can only make so many appointments to get referrals but it never happens

The incompetence of this office and Aza Health as a whole is shocking. If you are able to go elsewhere, please do. I would not let a loved one trust them with their healthcare needs. It took threats of contacting the State to get them to process a simple referral, and it still took 2 months, even though I came to them in immense pain. Even now - many more months later - I can’t even get them to pick up the phone or return my call to pay the bill.
