It's great to have this doctor's office at this end of the county, beats going to palatka for urgent care, but DANG, closed on Friday!?! 3 day weekend for the employees-thats just not right! Want 5 stars from me-stay open 5 days a week! And get an xray machine, old dr Hull in CC had one and his office was heck of alot smaller.
I would give 5 because my doctor, Dr Lopez is great, understanding and patient. But 3 for the pharmacy. Last time I had an appointment May 6th and went to the pharmacy, which I haven’t been in awhile due to being extremely sick. I got a pharmacist with blond hair. Lopez put in an order for refills of all my meds. Well she didn’t want to give me them, I asked her if she can call it in, she was snotty and resistant. I told her that I had requested my meds, and Dr. Lopez put the order in. She replied well I don’t see them here. Rolling her eyes and just has a bad attitude. Finally she gave me my meds. Absolutely love this place in Crescent City. Dr. Lopez is very attentive to your needs and actually listens to your concerns and is awesome service and helpful. Highly recommend this doctor and the front desk and pharmacy are all excellent customer service.
