It's the best place ever. Everybody should attend martial arts classes. It is very important for body and mind, discipline, constance, balance, and self-defense, specially for kids.

Tiger Rock is amazing!!!! The entire Coaching staff is very friendly and professional. Communication is excellent. I would highly recommend this martial arts facility for both children and adults. The costs are very fair and you can progress at your own pace. There are numerous class options during the week to accommodate any schedule.
