Great I loved it

I used to love coming there to get my eyebrows done I've done it for years but recently they have a new lady doing eyebrows and she does not need to be doing them unfortunately she does a terrible job no matter what last few times I've been there I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed I will not be back until they get someone else in there to do eyebrows

I have been getting dipped nails done for a long time now. The lady I had doing my nails had no clue what she was doing. She first didn't remove all my old color. Then she dipped my nails 4 or 5 times with new color which made them way to thick. Can't tell you how many times she cut me while filing my nails. Then she put top coat on which didn't dry properly. Then she used gel top coat and put my nails under dryer which left them dull and crappy looking. Never bothered to remove color from my skin. Not even 10 minutes down the road top coat started to peel. I would not recommend this salon!!!

Can't do dip! Dont recommend!

My daughter went in for a fill in and trim down. They broke one of her nails and cut the other nails down to basically having no nails at all. Then didn’t even bother to apply a top coat. Her nails looked terrible. When she complained they wanted to charge her an additional 60 to fix their mistake on top of the 55 they had already charged her to basically ruin her nails. She paid the 55 then went straight to another salon and paid to have them fix regal’s mistake. Terrible service. Will never be back.

I had an appointment to get Mani/Pedi with my mom for Mother’s Day. Mom got hers but no one was available for me. I was offered to have service done after she was done. The staff that was there were very kind and apologetic. It was not their fault. But the staff that left to go home should have stayed. I am so disappointed.
This should not have happened after making appointments.

We love coming to Regal Nails, they are so patient, and our nails always look amazing!

What's the point in having an appointment if you still have to wait and hour, made the appointment at 10am for 12pm and at 1:15pm still was waiting very disappointing, I've always had an enjoyable experience but not today, drove an hour for nothing 🙃

I can’t speak for everyone else and from the photos. It looks like there’s been good work done but just look at what the hell they did to my wife’s nails tonight. Then not only didn’t cover the entire nail. They didn’t even put enough on and they seem to care less when she complained and just moved onto the next client. In my opinion, you might as well just steal the money from people.
My wife finally admitted she had a picture of where they also cut her, but she didn’t wanna make a big deal out of it, I’m even more upset now and I’m attaching that picture as well.

Best place to do nails! Thanks to Regal Nails my family looks great! Thank you to their hard work and dedication to quality work. I recommend their work.
