Very understanding. I had an appointment and called day of regarding my condition. Stacy agreed my examination should be with a Retina specialist. Didn’t try to make me come in for exam and expense. I will certainly go here when my issue is resolved. I will also recommend this practice to everyone.

I have been a patient of this office for 24 years and I truly cannot say enough how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Gendal is exceptionally patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly he never makes you feel rushed. Staff is just as amazing. Stacey is wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to accommodate my busy schedule. .

Dr. Mark is wonderful. I was quick in and out. I love my current frames and I wanted a second pair just like them, but they didn’t have them in any colors I liked in the store so they found me the perfect One online and they’ll be texting me when it’s ready To pick up. I’ve only worn glasses for a year and it’s just such a relief to have Dr. Mark and vision world team helping me. They really make it safe and reasonable and not a big deal. Something that Was a big source of anxiety before I knew what it was gonna look like so much so that I avoided it for almost 2 years is Smooth and easy with Dr Mark and the vision world team.
